I watched a few episodes of the American Top Gear a while back and thought it was alright.
Only other thing I really have to say about that show is.....Damn Tanner Foust can drive

Watched a bit of an episode of Top Gear USA with Matt LeBlanc hosting.

So the British Top Gear is having a rest? or is Matt LeBlanc doing it for both?

The US Top Gear is bland for my taste. Foust, no doubt about it, can drive the wheels off anything. As a host.... is almost as exiciting as Sabine Schmitz. The other guys seems ok but their frienships feels forced and scripted. Amazon's TGT (Top Gear UK) is highly scripted, but have a natural feel to it.

On the last Episode on TGT, Season 2, the one in Africa. May, filled the fish tank with sea water, splashed all over himself when he was trying to get the Benz rolling. I believe, that part was not on the script, was purely an unintended consequence, just by looking at Jeremy's and Richard's laugh.

After so many years and shows, you can pick on what is scripted and what is not.

I think, the formula these 3 guys have will be very hard to duplicate.

Top Gear US. - The new format and hosts are just meh. I even stopped watching it and would rather watch Married at First sight.

I miss Tanner Foust, Rutledge and Adam.

Whilst more challenge based, I enjoyed it heaps.

Top Gear UK. - Better now and slowly getting better. Audience is now larger in the studio and enjoying again.

The Grand a tour - the new target for other shows to strive for and the best. Scripted mostly but the trio cannot be replicated

Yeah, do like top gear uk , the grand tour more, was enjoying a few beers and this one was on after the footy, v8s ,mustang , had to watch.

The Hamster is fine, is like the underdog of the trio. Also, he is the "American" of the group. Kind of off key, but is fine with me. How he discribe himself, Pikey when he was demonstrating the Maloo?
