cupholders. I wouldnt even trade my DVD for an LS3. Series 2 envy. Not enough difference to warrent the change. If I had an old VE I may consider it.

Had a serious look at the series 2 this last weekend. ( 'need' a V8 )

Hate ...

* The hood vents on the SS
* The gaudy 'chrome' Calais badge across the boot lid.
* The absolute complete dearth of appealing colours !!!!

My VFII SSV arrives tomorrow, so fricken excited.. My 2007 VE SS has been good to me, but im really looking forward to this upgrade..

Auto, Heron White, Tints, Mats, High Spoiler (not the lip), bonnet and headlight protectors, full tank of fuel, $52k D/A. Happy with that, plus they are delivering it to me!!

So I've not heard anything about it but assume Magnetic Ride Control not included in VF2 SS models? Seems to have been added to the Chev SS.

I understand why we don't, need to save goodies for the GTS, otherwise why buy a HSV if a regular commy comes with all the good stuff. A problem Chevy doesn't have, hence the SS gets it.
But it would be nice haha

I would take an extra 44 kw and 57 nm, revised (HSV) diff gears, 6600 rpm cutout, LS3 soundtrack, rear brembo's, revised suspension and bi-modal exhaust over the DVD player any day of the week.

I'd also want to replace the bonnet though, those vents are god-awful.
