    Hey all,
I just wanted to know if anyone could please give me some advice. Whenever my VS exec. is cold or I go around a corner, or accelerate sometimes, my exhaust will splutter like blowing into water, making a gurgling sound for a second while I loose acceleration. Then, it finally kicks in. I have a V6 with pacemakers, a sports exhaust and a CAI. Thanks.

I have the same problem.... But if it is a blockage in the fuel line, then it would run like crap at high revs too or not? Mine idles fine and runs fine when it decidedes to go, but the first few seconds when I accelerate, it just spluttering. Another thread suggested the MAP sensor. Haven't tried it yet.

Geez. People cant win either way on this forum. If they start a new thread about something, they get flamed for it because its probably been asked before at some time, then, if they do do a search, and then post up in an old thread, they cop a flaming for that too. Im sure people sit on this forum just waiting to post to someone "use the search feature" or "jeez mate, thats an old thread youve dug up". 99% of people dont care of its an old thread, or a commonly asked question or whatever, and lately Ive noticed that more and more people, who usually have nothing to offer help wise, have this crap to say . If you dont like what the post is about or whatever, dont read it,simple.

The problem is when they reply to someone who may not of been hear for a number of years. On many forums it is a big no no to dig up old threads.
It is even a rule on a forum that I am a Moderator of, at the end of the day it only takes a mommnet to check the date of the last post in the thread.

This guy has 1 post, so maybe he doesnt know how to post up new threads etc. Ive seen a fair few people on here ask how to post up new threads, so not everyone can just jump on here and know how to do everything straight up. As I said before, if its an old post thats been dug up or whatever, and it really bothers you that much, then dont read it and move on.Its not like theres a gun to your head making you read it!!

It causes confusion, I have almost hit reply in a old thread thinking the topic was new when another person brings it back, but at the last momment I have checked the date.
No one forces anyone to read them but find it annoying to find that the topic is years old.

Yeah we have mods that seem to do nothing as well, my answer to that is, what is the point of even being a moderator.

Geez, If someone can get confused over something so trivial as an old thread, then theyre probably totally confused anyway 24/7. This digging up old threads crap just sounds like an excuse for some people to have a go at someone else. Maybe it makes them feel bigger having a go at someone, who knows.

Yeah true, it was his first post so he can't be flamed for that. Actually i did the same thing on my first post and got flamed and even got neg rep for it too.
Lol i don't care who posts what really, just when i go to post in something and see the date is 2004 i just wonder if i should bother.
Anyway, if he comes back maybe he can post up what error codes he's found.
Just my opinion but if you have a question or problem and there are no current threads on it start a new thread and ask away.
