So Winton Track day complete... 1st time out for both car and track.
Temp on arrival: -3.0 degrees C
Recorded maximum: +11.8 degrees C
28 Laps (87 Km) (4 x 7 Lap Sessions)
No Bin.
Best recorded lap time: 1:48.44 (104km/h)
Top speed reached was a measly 179 km/h at the end of the Kitome straight. (it's a tight circuit with short straights)
Dispensed with 25 litres of BP Ultimate
Voted loudest on track!
All 4 brakes were smoking like 19th century London after the first session.
The battery on my Lap Timer went flat later in the day (after the first 2 sessions) when the track temp was considerably higher, and I had benefited from the knowledge and tuition of a Winton track guru. So I may have gone faster...
The car seems to have withstood the punishment with ease. All in all a great day, although being the first time out on the track in the car I can't help but feel I would have enjoyed it more if I was in someone else's car.

Unfortunately not.. I will 'spring' for decent camera mount next time out.. I do however have some lap data.. See visualisation below. Includes max and min speeds, fix points and lateral g-forces. This is for one of my earlier laps, a 1:51.7.
Actual photos to come once I get the data dump from my photographer.

Yeah, turn 6 had gps drop outs on that lap.. I can assure you there was no zero km anywhere but the pits.. I have replaced it with another lap.

If I was going to have an off I am pretty sure it would have been turn 13 or turn 1. The wall comes up quick on the exit of 13, and I almost out braked myself on one occasion into turn 1. I had gotten a bit over zealous.
But as above, no bins.Update: I have it on good authority that someone put their brand new M4 GTS into the wall at turn 13 the very next day.
