Well finally watched the final episode of Picard Season 3.
Still think the story was a bit subpar, and pivoted too fast from slow burn episode 1-8 in the final two episodes. Plus some dumb moments pulled me out of the moment (30 minutes of phaser fire and torpedoes onto spacedock for not much, Ent-D zipping around like a pinball).
However, it was a massive improvement on season 1&2, had some great character moments, and goddamn if those musical cues didn't do their job
All Good Things is still a better finish, but this was close to a Season 8 as we'll get

Honestly it really is worth it. Best trek since Voyager finished.
Skip Picard seasons 1 & 2 though , they really aren't worth the effort for the minimal carryover to season 3.
