They look pretty shagged to me. Looks like the pins are hitting the K Frame.

I dont wanna spend 350$ only to find they arnt the cause of the vibrations, a search here said the pin need to be about 15mm from the frame
but wasn't sure I was looking at the right place

I reckon i could change the mounts in 1.5hrs if i was a mechanic with a hoist...

Prob cost me 200+ to do myself as would have to buy stands and a decent jack,thats a good price for the mounts the best Ive found local so far is $110 for the pair

You should probably have a decent jack anyways, I got my 2.5t jack for $90 a couple weeks ago from Supercheap Auto.

i reckon you could fly me over from sydney, put me up for the night, buy the mounts and have them installed by me and then fly me back for less than you've been quoted!
