Dumb ####s who think that because someone spilt a drop of solder on their paint that they can come back, abuse the #### out of the staff and then demand that I have their entire guard repainted. Nope, not happening sunshine. It's solder, sure, it shouldn't be there, but when I come in tomorrow, I'm going to pick it off and leave no damage.... and if I'm feeling really ####ing nice, I'll polish that section to make sure you can't pinpoint the exact location.... #### your ####ing panel ####. It's solder, it happens, we're sorry. Problem will be solved without any damage to your ####ing paintwork now take your ####ing bogan arse and get the #### out of my shop ####.

I think I feel a little bit better. Thank you.

Westpac online banking. Apparently those billions of dollars customers contribute don't pay for high availability. Right on pay day, nice work.

Lost power cable for expensive GPS sports watch I use for running. It means when it goes flat can no longer recharge it. Shops can ship one in but will be exorbitantly priced. So wound up getting a replacement watch; just as well they have plummeted in price in recent years.

They lied to me about an internet plan I signed up for; they said If I moved to a place without ADSL 2+ I could cancel plan at no charge. I moved to a place without ADSL2+and went to cancel plan. $400 cancellation fee!!! I refused to pay it, showed evidence of my deal and told them if they pursued it I would take it up with fair trading. That was the last contact I have had with them.....

    Holy crap $400 that's ridiculous!

They've blamed us for two years now (torrenting, phone socket, our equipment) Finally got a tech out today that found numerous line faults and even he's recommended fighting for compensation. Problem is though Telstra own the lines and they're even worse

Drivers who sit on your ass in a construction zone (40) then give you the bird as they pass you in the 60 zone doing well beyond.

The p plater who had to sit on my rear this arvo for no other reason than he felt like a hero doing so. Sped off past me in his V6, beats blasting and looking super cool through a red light. Thumbs up idiot!

energy australia, had dramas for last 9 months, at first they charged me a $150 cancellation fee because they used to be energy aus but now got bought out buy another company so my contract details changed (because of them) i got my bill and just paid it then realised i overpaid so no drama i rang them after 40 mins they said its been issued as a credit for my next bill,
got the next bill no credit to be seen, rang them 1 hour and an argument they cancelled my bill and said they wil re-issue it when the credit is applied, got a bill 4 weeks later and again no credit, rang again got heated and the guy said pay whats due minus the $150 and it will be sorted, well did that paid whats owing minus the $150 and my new bill has a $56 overdue payment fee because i didn't pay the full amount, back on the phone and they now say ignore the $56 and pay the current bill....

i bet the next bill will have another late fee....

soon as my contract is up they can go f..k themselves

"Mates" who borrow stuff, damage it and then don't return anything.....damaged, repaired or replaced with new and then have the hide to crack the shits when you raise it with them. Just take responsibility for your actions wanker.
