thinking of buying this but im unsure about the front. is that how its supposed to look. any other comments would be great 96 HSV Manta Wagon | Trade Me
hmm would need a decent check over - not sure what the price difference on cars in NZ compared to Aus but $6000 seems a little expensive for a multi coloured car, even with his so called $2000 worth of suspension mods - don't get me wrong in the right hands it would be a sweet ride
yea 6k isnt too bad over here depends what it needs my biggest worry is that front bar. and 2 grand is probably about right. that stuff aint cheap here like 1 grand just on springs and shocks id say then sway bars and nolathanes it soon add up
Looks like a Toyota Lexcen front with the Toyota badge removed ?? File:1993-1995 Toyota Lexcen (T3) CSi station wagon 02.jpg - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
All i know (and that's only a little bit) is that there weren't many Manta wagons made. I'd prefer a Manta over an SS anyway (not as common) and yes it looks like a manta front (Some had fog lights and some didn't)
Front is manta so are the rear seats, proper wagon manta seats. Check the vin number first to see if it is genuine. Gotta ask him why the front is mutli colour. Don't understand "front cut"
ive asked but no reply. i thought maybe it was crashed but the radiator support is painted and doesnt look to be new. could be full of it and its just resprayed panels. especially if that is a manta front and grill. wouldnt think you would find a replacement especially here in nz
ok so waste of time buying this lemon. was a crash and was written off by insurance company. which means its deregistered and has no plates. it could be put back on the road but would need a repair cert. about 500 and only if the work was done properly. then it would need re vin ing about 500 plus usual needs new brakes bushes and has to be spick an spam. oh and the trans is tired.
