Why do you say more than they sold so far? they "sell" at least 400 a month, so that about 2 months sales based on registration figures. Yes I know they're not necessarily all actually sold.

I wondered that too the average is 590 a month. I think he may be just referring to the VXR model.

Nup was being facetious. But it does indicate they are not being held on to for long for a lot of reasons.
I know they are "selling" far more than that across the range somehow. Although I haven't seen one on the road in Sydney for some time now.
As I have said before, they are more visible around NZ, in my experience.

A friend of mine wholesales cars for a number of clients.

He says no one will touch ZB's but there is still a strong demand for VFs.

Hyundai did show off a Santa Cruz ute a couple of years ago and I thought it was due for release in the USA in the next year or so. I am not sure about it coming to Australia though.
Honda and Renault make soft urban utes, but I doubt we will see RHD versions.
