thoughts on DIY gloss black spray painted rims?

Thinking of spray painting my stock sv6 rims gloss black, and was curious to anyone elses thoughts? and any tips

id have a go at it if they were all chewed up with gutter rash, if theres nothing wrong with them id leave them be. if those are raw alloy you have scuff up all the surfaces and either etch prime or epoxy prime them in order to get what your going to spray on them to stick properly. you could end up making your wheels like a diy disaster, making bystanders vomit uncontrollably...
