Hey guys. Coming up due for tyres on the VY. Currently running 215/60R16’s on it with Goodyear tyres that came with the wheels. The Goodyear’s are okay but not sure on tyre life. Typically with previous cars I’ve had I’ve gotten between 70000 and 120000km out of a set of tyres and I’m hoping to land in that range with the new tyres for the Commodore, but still retain reasonable grip and noise levels. Wondering what people have found works on Commodore’s with this wheel and tyre size

120k far out man, how do you get that mileage and still have grip? I'm lucky to get 60k.

At least 40psi, 10000km wheel alignments, frequent tyre rotations and lots of highway driving. This is the first Commodore I’ve owned that I’ve taken seriously and owned for a long period of time. My other car is a 2011 Lancer and before that I had a 2001 Lancer. Even though I don’t mind a bit of spirited driving occasionally, the 2011 Lancer is still on its original brake pads at 200000
