Last few days the throttle drive on the passenger side fire wall is clicking (energizing) when I key the ignition on to start the engine.
What could be wrong with it (or the throttle body)?

With that description, sounds like the IAV on the throttle body, but make sure it is coming from the throttle body.
Might be cheaper and easier to go to a wreckers and get an complete exact replacement Throttle Body.
Clean it up and install it.

Could be the IAC as I squirted the TB a few days ago, seems to have settled down again.
Is there replacement IAC valves available separately?
