After driving my 3.8 VT around I had a chance to drive a Supercharged VX X the other day. Subtle differences in the interior, sits much lower and also responds much faster.

Now obviously with it being a supercharger it's going to have much more torque but it seemed to register that the gas had been pressed alot faster.

Is this just from the pressure of the SC of did the VX have a different throttle setup or something.

Cheers

It's probably a lot to do with the fact that it's supercharged, but possibly also that some of your engine management sensors are getting past their prime.

I found fitting new O2 sensors and cleaning the MAF on my VT did wonders for the throttle response. It was like driving a new car.
