Thud when applying the brakes...???

when did I ever say that?

Fixed it up today...it felt like it was coming from the left so i jacked it up and pulled off the left wheel and to my suprise the two bolts that hold on the carier...that sits over the rotor...where very loose. tightened them up and hey presto. I could imagine that this would be very dangerous if it got any loose so anyone that has this problem...please get it fixed immediately unlike me who drove around with it for weeks. Stupid really but yeah...im lucky this time.

good thing u got onto that, if the caliper came completely loose it could have got stuck in the wheel with obvious consequences, seen wats left of a car after that happened

Yeah my dad was telling me about that. phew and thank god for that.
