I have a VN exec, and went to pull the bloody head unit(after market) out the other day. Two screws just below the head unit and the one holding the a/c speed and heat selector wont come out. I borrowed my mates drill, still wont come out. One of the screws are almost rounded out.

Anyone had this problem, i cant imagine why someone would glue in screws. Its pretty trivial but just checking to see if there is a good method to get them out, or at least free the plastic bit with minimal damage.

tried an impact screwdriver??? dont know why you used a drill all they do is round the head off...you can usually undo screws easier with your hands and a screwdriver
