if its possible to do it myself i will.

I agree, unless its painting something big, like a bumper, i don't really trust myself, but i painted little things like mirrors and door handles, turned out really good.

Spot on....I wish i knew that before i cut mine while on the ute, lol.

Hahahaha! are you serious you cut them on the car!? thats nutz.

It doesnt take long, about an hour. looks heaps better and make sure you get some paint and paint over what you cut, Thats if you do it yourself.

bit of a small update:
long story short, i took my car to get an alarm installed at a local autobarn, whilst they were removing the hardtop to wire up the alarm there they slipped and smashed it through my poor backwindow!
But of course they paid for the replacement and the new tint (which looks better than the old :spot on:)
Furthermore when getting the ute home whilst giving it a vacum i pulled the passenger chair forward to find a dusty 6 stacker CD player i had never seen before! :rofl2:
After 20 minutes of fiddling around i finally got it working and now i am pretty damn happy haha.
excuse the dirty photos, i wonder how long it has been since it has been used!
