Tell me about it mate... My old job had me driving to work sites all over the place, was doing 300kms a week. Good to know the km's are creeping up slower and slower on the old girl now.
Also, booked in for a cut and polish next saturday in time for cruise for charity sunday...

Yeah my mates got me a voucher fo my birthday for a mobile bloke, so I thought I might as well use it so the ute looks nice and clean for next sunday. Yeah i'll be there with dobesz in his 355 VS SS ute, so if you spot me or I spot you mate don't be shy!

Had the ute cut and polished on saturday by 1800 Detail. Never had someone else touch the ute, but I had a voucher from a few mates from my birthday a few months back. With cruise for charity on the sunday after I couldn't say no to a free wash. It actually came up quite nice. Took a lot of surface scratches out and shines beautifully. She still has deep scratches like you would expect, especially on the bonnet. But for a 13 year old car whom is driven daily she goes alright...
As for the cruise, I made it to the first meet point nice and early. Watched all the cars roll in and made my donation, so worth it in that regard. As for the rest of the cruise, didn't really get more then 10 minutes of cruising out of 1st gear... Didn't even make it into the final meet point at calder due to massive traffic jams, so called it a day. Ahh well, it was for a good cause and the ute still had a good day out. Here's a few photos...

The polish job looks good man. Heard c4c was a major fk around 
4kms? Lucky fk! I do FIFO 4:3. Today, I drove 300kms to a job site. Got there, unloaded n gave the boys a ring. Nek minit...rained out. 300kms and only 10 mins on site. Gave the hilux a good thrashing on the way back haha

Yeah cruise for charity wasn't so much of a cruise, more so an idle... But I can't complain, the kids still get there money and I still got to take the ute for a run and see some tough cars.
Unlucky with your job, I have hit the jackpot and I couldn't be happier...
