i have a spare pair of vn tail lights and im gonna tint them,, but the guy that tinted them b4 me did a ****ty jobb... if i used thinner to take off the previous paint would it damage the tail light.??
Just use metho mate with some cotton wool. Its what i used to remove the tint off my old tail lights (only on the reflectors).
Yeah, like Dylan said, just tape up the reflectors (and reverse lights?) this way you will have full reverse lighting and you wont get done by the police for reflectors being tinted.
thanks guyss so i just metho the red bits except for the reflectors and reverse lights & the signals??? and just tint the red bits..?
Actually use nail polish remover, that will work best. Use it on all of the lights, but tape the reflectors up before you tint the tail lights again.
