this may be a bit of a lol subject, but was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to stop paint building up in the rim of your paint buckets and eventually stopping you from closing the lid.
so example. 4litres of putty, tip some into the mixing pot, get spillage down the side of the paint tin, wipe up the rim and side of the pot as much as you can with a rag, go to hit the lid back on, putty flies out everywhere and then after a few days glues to the lid, prize the lid open and a large bit of dry putty falls inside the tin.
