Hi all looking at getting some vossen VWS-2 wheels.

To deep dish or not to deep dish that is the question.jpeg

So what’s everyone’s thoughts?
The wheels are going to be 20x9 front (no dish bottom picture)
And the rears are going to be 20x10 (deep dish top picture)

I know this is going to be subjective because some people like deep dish wheels and other people don’t. But I’m on the fence about it - on one hand, I love the look of a deep dish wheel, on the other im just not sure if it’s going to look good on a vf commodore...

Deep dish means you'll have more support on the inside edge, especially when low profile tyres are fitted....This means less chance of buckling the inside edge and suffering from the dreaded steering wheel wobbles as a result.

Shallower dished wheels don't have the inside edge support like the deeper dished wheels....Just compare the 2 different styles in person toi understand what I'm saying

Hey VC I think I understand what your saying. Because the deep dish spikes are in the middle of the rim there’s more support to the inner rim and with a 10” rim that’s a good thing.

As for pizza I’m thin and crispy all the way lol

Just don't go wider wheels lower offset to allow more tyre stretch because that would be yuck.

..... but please mount multi change colour led lighting behind those spokes.
