on the old school ute torneau covers they got little button lookign things, are these things replaceable? if so, would they be dificlut and any advice on how to replace them.
A drill to drill the rivets out that hold them on, and a rivet gun to rivet the new ones back on. See if you have a Tuff Tonneau distributor near you, they stock a variety of hold downs.
