Mains 95NM
Cons 48 NM
Head 1st stage 54NM
2nd stage 102NM

When you get the head gasket, the torque settings are also on the packet.

If you need FT/LB settings holla and I'll post them up

These are the torque settings I used recently on a 3.3 that I recently replaced the bearings and head...

I got them from both Elleries and Gregories manuals

the old holden torques 75 head, 70 mains and 35 caps last stage rings a bell.
Those last torque figures I mentioned above are the old pounds foot used years ago....
75 head = 102Nm ....70 mains = 95Nm ....35 caps = 48Nm ....
Whether you have and/or using an old lbs/ft or digital Nm torque wrench.
No need to tell you how to torque up in stages to final figure in assembly, one would assume you know how to do that.
