304 Torque settings please

Can someone give me the torque setting for the 2 bolts circled on a series 1 VT 5.0 litre

think they are Con Rod Cap Bolt ? any one confirm that

Older holdens like 186's used 70ftlb for the main end caps... would emagine these wouldnt be far off
