Vy ecotec commodore ute
I own a vy 2002 ecotec ute I’ve recently had an issue that I can not figure out. Started when I was driving sorta felt like it was starving for fuel stuttering and splattering got home started with the fuel filter new fuel didn’t fix it. Started looking into it more it sort of starts playing up around 2500 rpm and after 3500 rpm goes and away and drives normally till you try and give it some and starts playing up again. I’ve replaced-
Spark plugs
Leads
Coil packs
Injectors
Cam shaft position sensor
Still ran like ass ended up doing the inlet manifold gasket so fixed that
Still got no idea any help would be appreciated

I second what Ant said. TPS play up like that. Around $70 for a genuine one. Don't waste your time with a fake one off eBay that doesn't work!

Replace the IAC Valve when you do the TPS,
Also could be a simple vacuum leak,
remembering the Rubber hoses/tubing could be breaking down after all these years,
And the plastic fitting, like plastic vac joiners.
