I have a towbar on a new ute and i cant get the tounge out of the towbar
pin was frozen in with surface rust i drilled it out
    no locking bolts
    not welded in
been soaking in inox for the last 3 days
chained it to another ute and scull dragged it down a concrete drive it still wouldnt release
borrowed an oxy and heated it orange
Belted it with a sledge hammer
drilled a hole in the top and dribbled in pool acid to disolve rust and injected around the tounge
last resort i chained up a port a power and left it under load, still wont release
    it wont move at all
ordinarrily i would hitch up a trailer and safety chain it and go for a drive

    Anyone have any ideas?
without any other ideas im going to attack it with the angle grinder

Sounds like theres still a bolt hiding in there somewhere, or it needs some good hits with a hammer to free it.
Can you somehow hit the ball with a hammer, even a slide hammer ?
Watch out when it eventually comes flying out and cracks you in the face..........
