Hey vicCop, it is my understanding that because she was caught speeding and not wearing a seatbelt, she would have recieved a fine. But because she had only 2 points left, would she still be able to drive her car after recieving the fine?

 

So true LOL. I reckon the little trade off would have worked if he was a younger police officer, 43, tad old there mate.

If a ticket was issued it would be an entirely seperate matter.

 

but the officer wouldn't have issued the fine because he thought he was scoring. So going by what info is there, she wouldn't have gotten a ticket.

I have lost count the amount of times I have heard about girls getting away with speeding becuase they cried and acted all innocent.
