Hey guys, quick question, i have a PWR trans cooler bolted up on my car and have for a while now, and at the moment i am losing a little bit of trans fluid. I have checked the trans pan and all around that area and it's all clean. The trans pan isn't bent and the gasket is sealing properley and i nicked up all the bolts.

The only other place i can think of where it is leaking from is the cooler's oil return line back to the transmission. But, is the trans cooler return line one of the ones that runs down the side of the block on the passenger side looking from the front of the car?

i though both the lines run together from the trans to the front of the engine where they split to go to there respective fittings on the radiator

they do run down the side of the motor together, but it doesnt matter really about how they are fitted to a trans cooler.. it still does its job remarkably well....
i would try to tighten up the clamps on the lines and see where its leaking when put in gear..{have someone sittin in the driver seat operating the gears and foot on the brake}..

The return line should be the higher of the two to prevent airlocks.
