Trying to do a how to guide for changing radiator on a vs, couldn't see one in how to section, BUT! I have to idea how to remove the lines from the radiator, they are screwed in, and go from radiator to trans oil cooler. They never bypassed the radiator one when it was done which I heard was a good thing to do. How do I remove the lines from the radiator, and should I bypass it when reinstalling? Cheers

You just have to undo the hose clamps and pull the trans hoses off. They might be a bit tight.

Problem I'm having is the solid pipe section won't fully turn, and I can't seperate the 2 large nuts to disconnect it, it just pulls the lines going to the oil cooler

Have you tried using two spanners? One to undo, the other to counteract the force you are excerting on it?

Nothing needs to turn. its just a rubber pipe pushed over a brass fitting with a hose clamp on it.

Loosen the hose clamp and pull the cooler hose off.
