Transmission issues

so whenever I give it a bit of acceleration uphill it shifts but it sort of jerks a bit. Also when going downhill it jerks and feels like my car wants to just accelerate forward when coming to a stop and gear changes just don’t feel smooth when coming out of a corner it does a slight jerk out of corners. Is this all normal?

Has the transmission ever had an 'oil' change? That's the likely cause I'd bet.
The fluid getting old and dirty causes slipping and rough changes.

Not sure I bought the car recently it’s done 102,000ks so far my mechanic did a full check and test on the car and has been regularly serviced. Anyways I’ll service the transmission as he did recommend it. It’s more like flaring from what I’ve read from other threads
