VR Ute
Hi Guys, the first of many questions, I bought a VR Ute for my 15 yr old son to play around with, until he gets his licence, it's a big job but I believe we have most of things to put it back together. We are missing at first look, bolts for various things. But I'm wondering does anyone know and could tell the size of the bolts that the transmission cross member in place, I'm guessing M12 x 20 or 25mm.
Where would be the best place to get things like this, as I would say we would be back and forth a fair bit as we find out what's missing.

Cheers Matt

Scouring your local wrecking yards is a good place to start when chasing little bit & pieces
You could also check out Gumtree, and any local facebook pages for people parting out similar vehicles

X2 self serve wreckers will be the go. Better if you can stick with OEM, because then the bolt heads and lengths will be the same size as factory.
