transmission slipping out of gear

My ve auto is slipping out of gear roughly every km,when i stop and turn the ignition off and start it back up it will engage and drive another km or 2 then slip out again.
The mechanic couldnt pick up any codes on their computer.

Which box is it? How many Ks and when was the last Transmission service?

6 speed auto,195kms and is overdue for a service

Book it in for the Trans service at a good auto Trans place, or good mechanic if need be.
