Trip Comp Problems

hey guys, i'm having problems, i accidently put three new things to appear on my trip computer after the odometre, the time (i have no idea) and a really dodgy km's to destination thing or something.

how do i get my trip computer to remove them, just so i'm back to the odometre, kms to empty etc.
how can i get that little "Yes/No" button which appears on the trip computer for things you want to add or remove.. it appeared once, then dissapeared.

i'm sorry if i haven't explained this correctly.

oh thanks!!! its working now!! i kept getting the yes no thing for a while and i was cliking no to the time and etc but it just wouldnt go away it worked now thanks!
