If it was local I'd grab it. The post will be $10, if indeed he was even happy to mail it, considering he is only asking 5 bucks.

Postage would be $8.55 for a 500gm satchel, but would be passed as large letter rate if it was packaged between very thin cardboard and fits through the guide slot and thus would go from Victoria to Tassie for around $4.00 to $5.00
