I bought a Holden rodeo 2005 model in jan this year. About two weeks ago after I got petrol I was driving I heard a bang and thought nothing of it after I got home smoke was coming out of the bonnet I kept driving it but now it goes really rough shaking and hardly any power to it and going thru so much petrol like 40 liters to do 30ks I'm booking in for a service tomorrow but just wondering if anyone can help me as to wat the problem could be?? I'm thinking fuel filter or head gasket can anyone help??

If it was a bang then loss of power I'd say you have a fairly terminal engine problem, get it looked at it

You obviously know nothing about cars and should have got it checked out as soon as it happened. Did you stipulate when you booked it in for "service" what had happened? Stop ignoring what is obviously such a large problem.

It's pretty normal for Rodeos to use heaps of petrol, but not that much. Did you see what was causing the smoke coming from under the bonnet?
