Hey guys,

Having trouble installing a whiteline rear sway bar. I cannot get the passenger side d bush bolted in all the way, driver's side is totally fine. Passenger's side one gets about half way and I don't want to tighten it enough to strip the bolt otherwise I'm effed.

Anyone got tips?

Try unbolting the other d mount and wind them up gradually as bar may be loading on on the side that's up flush.

Also check threads for old loctite or crap in them.

Managed to get them both bolted up properly. The newer D bushings were a bit larger than stock so grabbed a tyre lever to push it down whilst bolting up. Gotta say it was one of the most pita installs I've ever had to do.
