I think I've found my new tyres when I'm due. Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ P3.

They're almost what i've got, except i dont have any side biters on mine. They're a great tyre even without the side biters. But they would be exceptional with them.

The P3 are the new design with a tougher sidewall so I reckon they'll be the ducks nuts.

I'm seriously looking at some rock sliders now. Just got a price on these bad boys, $650 powder coated and delivered to my door with all fitting equipment.

Put that $650 towards a lift first, more clearance will stop you hitting on everything you come up against aswell, and will help you out in other areas. Sliders are great, but a lift will help you in more areas.

Still tossing up about the sliders. If I get them it won't be to Christmas when I can pick them up on the way to Brisbane and save some money.

Went for an early morning shoot on the in laws property on Saturday morning in the Pajero. All was going well (even blasted a fox) until I went to the only part of the property where the water doesn't drain very well. Short story, I had to do the walk of shame back to the house (only about 1.5Km) because I sank to the chassis rails. Even dropping the tyres to 20 psi and digging wouldn't get me out. So we had to get the tractor to pull me out. No pics of the car actually stuck (I felt too stupid lol), but here's the aftermath so you can see the level of the mud on the wheels.
