Well I've finally stepped into the miscellaneous category with my latest purchase. After looking for a few months I finally traded my Statesman for something totally different. With regular trips to my in-laws property every other weekend I figured it was time for something a little more practical for the country roads at night time. All future mods listed are what I want to do, whether I do them or not is another story!

I'll get some interior shots tomorrow as the missus has the car at work now and won't get home until late. It's pretty clean inside apart from some red dust in the air vents and tiny crevices where the previous owners must have done some out back touring.

One thing which ticked the yes box for me was that underneath had no marks, dings or dents in the floor pan or exhaust and it also has never had a tow bar fitted so I know it hasn't been flogged off road or it hasn't been towing a caravan or horse float it's whole life.

Nice ride, you'll love them, I have an 09 version of your car, its the same colour, exceed model with the DiD diesel and 5 speed auto. Mainly gets used on dirt roads, and to tow the 23 foot van with us on long weekends etc.

And the interior on these is as good as any luxury model car out on the road at the moment, and the stereo is better than some p player doof doof stereos lol

Cheers for the comments :D

No SatNav unfortunately. The only option box that was ticked was the rear parking sensors! It doesn't even have floor mats but I'm off to get some tomorrow. I reckon I'll also get the genuine neoprene seat covers for the front and rear too.

If I get some time tomorrow or over the weekend I'm going to put on a few coats of paint sealant and wax to help protect the paint a bit.
