- 1997 Holden Commodore V8 Sedan
Greetings. I have recently completely rebuilt a 5L Holden V8 motor, salvaged from a wrecked 1997 Commodore automatic, and have converted it to an aspirated engine with an Edelbrock inlet manifold plus a Holley 600 carbie. I intend inserting this into an existing custom vehicle which is already fitted with a Holden Vs V8 5 speed manual gearbox, but no engine. Can anyone advise what else I will need to connect these two? Presumably a flywheel, clutch plate and clutch assembly at the least? Any advice would be much appreciated. Regards, Westchook.
