2012 ve ss sportswagon 6 speed manaul
Building a ve ss sportswagon looks tuff but I need it to sound and go just as good won't to stay na. Car is more of a show car so divability is not. Important won't to go a real big cam just for the lumpy sound been told a 232/234 would be the way to go. Going to be running lea cnc ported heads otr for kit 1 7/8 header pipes into twin 3 inch it is a 6 speed manaul. Any help would be great

VE SS ute 360rwkw N/A, 2016 VF2 SS M6
232/234 is a ls1 cam due to the large intake valves something like a 231/239 is better(bit more split)

GMM Turbo Killer cam, or the VCM 24 cam (237˚ 248˚). Or you could ring some shops and ask for the biggest f*ck off cam that'll fit a motor with a stock bottom end and head work.

yep that power is about right, depending on the tune/dyno as they are all different. WogBoyz has a ve ute with heads and a decent sized cam plus full exhaust and is making 471hp at the wheels

VE SS Sportwagon
Some of the LSR comp cam's are specced with a nice split duration and have huge duration and lift.. PTV clearances would be... interesting?

235/243 0.621 0.624 @ 0.050
239/247 0.624 0.624 @ 0.050

Maybe look at some shorter diff gears (3.9's 4.11's?) too if it's just a weekend with a huge cam.

Gonna be a abit of a pig down low, not that it matters for a weekender though....

you could also get a smaller cam and have it tuned to give a bit of lumpiness.... it'll make it a bit nicer to drive as well but still give good power
