piston 3 enjoy a good swim? time for an SR20 perhaps?

yeah might end up with an SR yet, still undecided i would like a V8 for the torque and general awesomeness of a V8, SR might be more achievable.

i figure buying an SR is going to cost quite a bit, a V8 would be cheaper to buy but fitting maybe not.

but for now a stock 1600(reco) with a five speed floor shift should be enough.

meh, still get a reasonable amount of power from the ol' 1600's with a couple o' good webbers on em'

yeah but say goodbye to fuel economy, its had a stock carby rebuilt so ill be using that, I'm tempted to put an SC14 on the 1600 using a blow through setup, or maybe a turbo. I have 5 of the 1600's in various states so anythings possible. I'm more interested in getting the body up to scratch and getting it on the road.

no real updates, just a few minor things got a throw out bearing for the clutch, got some bolts for the engine stand, so ill get the motor up and cleaned have a look over it and so on. ive just got a job as an apprentice mechanic so im poor but saving to get the body work done.
