Can you elaborate on what kind of work? Outside of accommodating for mods, you don't tune to fix problems if that's what you're getting at.

gday mate
the cars not driven on the road it's just for the drag strip, so this is a list of what we have done
it takes a bit to start 2 or 3 go's before it wants to idle

heads ported & polished
high ratio rockers 1.9:1
69mm throttle body
plenum spacer 12mm
manifold insulator 12mm
performance plug leads
iridium plugs - 2 stage colder
custom intake & pod filter
NOS sniper efi wet kit (100hp)

pacemaker extractors
custom exhaust (no catalytic converters)

Auto has had work & shift kit fitted
Diff has had mini spool fitted

it started at 17s now its last pass was 13.2s at 102mph
after that pass i did the heads and now its doing low 14s, and losing power at the end of the track,
it feels like it staving for fuel.
It's like the computer doesn't no what's going on ?

thanks

First, stop using the car

Next, go to willow bank with a pen and paper and ask some of the quick clean running LS NOS car owners about local tuners and their tuning hardware/software.

Then, spend the cash, good tuning costs.

Then, with what you have you should be in the 11's with the right suspension setup and rubber.

There is nothing their to greatly upset the tune. I'd be looking for a vacuum leak or possibly incorrectly adjusted throttle body for starters.

I'm no nitrous expert but are iridium plugs ideal for nitrous use? Have you closed up the plug gap?

Wouldn't hurt to check fuel pressures, replace the filter etc. Although if it was a fuel flow/pressure issue with using nitrous I'd be looking at the plugs pronto and ensuring you haven't started to melt **** if it leaned out.

Would swap the throttle body back to the stock one, swapping them is known to cause strange idle issues and it may possibly have the effect of leaning it out slightly at WOT untuned too, the stock one probably won't be a bottleneck on that setup. But yeah, tuning would definitely make use of those better.
