Hi All, browsing the net,I found this site,so joined up.
Ive owned my hsv for over 3 years now. Its seen plenty of track action and some euro road trips, and quite a few choice mods over that time.

Mods are,
Kaaz 2 way
tough mounts trans and engine mounts
revshift prop doughnut
proflow headers + homemade 2x 2.5" with x pipe and magnaflow mufflers
Ls 6 intake
230/236 /113 cam (with double springs hardened pushrods and all that)
ACT twinplate and flywheel.
Some wheels
omp steering wheel

Seems photobucket servers are messed up tonight so will add pics later,but im sure you all seen a commo :)

Ive had a few good cars previously.
A mint 1974 aus import celica ta22, all built up with a heavily modded 2t
before that a 82 audi 80 quattro with a later 20v turbo on a t4 turbo with RWD conversion
before that a forged ,caged mitsi evo1.

very unique car for the UK i'd imagine, many around? that Audi looks bloody epic with that stance too

There was 32 vt2 hsv's imported. From the site HOWMANYLEFT.COM (which shows how many of any car are still registerd here in the uk)
it shows ten registerd and 4 off road. I know some got parted out because they rusted quite bad.

The audi recently popped up on ebay(january2018) It did a 11something quarter.
Here is some tube of it.

Did they rust from salt on the snowy roads ? That's not a design priority here.

not really from the snow,dont see much of that here in london,more the humidity/damp.

That's disappointing. Later model Commodores are not known to suffer from severe rust out here. We don't have the prolonged cooler, damp conditions experienced in the UK but the majority of cars in Australia are based closer to the coast and can be exposed to salty atmospheric conditions.
