I just realised that there is a 'chimney' like she said..

This hole is about 30-40mm diameter..

That would let some hot air out...

It makes sense there would have been some engineering input.

Even my old XY has provision to allow the water collected around the shaker to be diverted away from the engine.

Dose anyone have these on there car?? Or were the killed off before production?
I’m interested in getting some for my car because I go camping in my car and just want some more underbody protection for any stray stones/sticks
