Make certain to foot bleed the breaks untill new fluid flows from all calliper bleeders front and rear and clean out the master reservaugh that you put the fluid in first. Adjust the hand break while you at it, thats the only adjustment. The shafts that have boots on the calipers need lubrcant as already advised.

Pull them down and service them correctly,
Install Calliper Service Kits, Front and Rear, by Replace the Seals and Piston Boots,
Install Front and Rear Pads,
and bleed both ends.
Wont happen again.

Next question will be how do I get the pistons out of the callipers,
Compressed air,
Wash the callipers down in Degreaser,
hose them own,
Blow the excess water off with compressed air,
Dry them with a rag or similar,
and start assembling them,
Bleed both ends,
If the Rotors looked stuffed,
get new ones,
get them machined if they are still with in size,
or second-hand ones from a wrecker.
Don't do things in halves with Brakes, do it once, do it properly,
hope this helps.
