- Commodore Executive 5.7 Gen3/VE2 Omega Wagon
Well I was shitting on about the timing belts on my 03 1.8 lt ts Astra and I did it all myself plus a major service and regrind/pads up front with not much drama. The only real problem I had was the lower timing belt cover removel. Not exactly knowing where it was logically locked into, I busted the brittle f*****. $55 later I got a new one and all is good. Due to an expanding family, it's getting sold off and replaced by a VE2 Omega station wagon. Not my car, it's the missus choice haha. Cheers
