Soon to get WL
It's common it's the iac valve (idle air control) making it go slow now wether it's caused by the tps(throttle position sensor) or something else it's hard to tell from here. If u unplug the iac on the throttle body u will see it doesn't do it anymore but will idle low when cold

Yeah i dissconected the iac and you are correct, is that because of the auto ecu? And its running pretty **** could that be because of the ecu aswell?

Did you link the ECU to the BCM/ If not it will start for a second or so and then die. The security light in the mode switch will also be flashing.

As edals said, you will need a Tech 2 or other suitable scan tool and someone who knows how to do it.

As said easy plug auto one in drive to Holden while u wait plug manual one in then get them to link the 2 easy as. I could be wrong but all manuals hold the revs abit from what I have read on here either put up with it or keep it unplugged once it's warm that way it will idle nice warm just will idle real low at first when cold.

Just make sure that the BCMs are the same level (Low, High, LUX).
