On our VE Series 2 Omega Ute, if we press the horn while playing music using the USB key, a message will display on the screen saying USB not recognised and the music stops. This can only be resolved by turning off the car and starting it which sometimes takes several goes. Disconnecting the USB key and reinserting does not make any difference. If playing music off the USB and disconnecting and reinserting the USB key it will reconnect without issue. It only has an issue if you use the horn which is real pain as you have to stop the car and turn it off to get the USB to be recognised again. Any suggestion or ideas much appreciated.

Change to radio and then back to USB. Get the same thing happening in my GenF2-GTS.
