    Hey guys

    is it ok to use a buffing machine on the car when waxing/polishing :wax: ? i have been using my hand everytime and it after a while my shoulder kills me.. :cry: just wondering if i use a buffing machine will it leave swirl marks on the paint? :wax:

    I apply the polish and remove it by hand, then finish off with one of those $30 buffers from Supercheap/K-mart. Brings it up a treat( wash the buffing pad regularly). If you have a proper buffer, keep it at SLOW speed otherwise you can damage the paint.

    yeah i find the cheap soft ones are fine i do it the exact same way i just don't worry to much about not getting all the wax off because the buffer gets what you missed

    Shall do same and see.... can you wash the buffing pads in the washing machine or should it be handwashed?

    i've never washed mine before so couldn't tell you i just buy new ones
