Hi guys, i just drive my v6 ute about 3 block this morning and it turned off, ignition lights on. Put into Neutral and tried starting while still rolling but no go.
Came to a stop and tried again, no click or trying to start just red dash lights which go off when trying to start it/turning the key.

Only thing i've done is change the starter motor and add a new battery about a week or two ago

CAS? I only drove 3 blocks so it wouldn't have had time to heat up

Check battery terminal clamps.
Even remove and refit one to the battery to see if that clears whatever problem temporarily.

I've had this issue before and it would randomly occur. In the end new clamps fixed it.

If the lights dim but no start it would suggest a voltage issue. As above, make sure everything is clean and tight and the system is charging correctly.

Took off the clamps gave them a good clean with sandpaper and the posts as well.
Checked the Starter wires, Swapped the Starter Relay and Ignition Relay with other ones....
Still no click or wind, just dash lights.
Battery shows green on view window.

Ok checked a few more things...
Central Locking isn't working and the Red light not flashing (anti theft light)
We shorted out the starter relay and it wound over but no start
My auto elect friend seems to think it might be the BCM playing up from what i've told him over the phone...

Battery probs dropped a cell. Still looks good, put a multimeter across the terminals and turn the key, if voltage drop to crazy low, you're batt is dead.
