    Help please.
I'm about to do a plug change on a VZ for the first time.
Removed the 5 bolts in the top of plennum +one on the L/H rear and
one at rear.Plus all hoses ect.Manifold is probably stuck to gaskets,
but I thought I would ask before applying to much pressure. Any info
    would be much appreciated.

give her more of a lift, should lift up by grasping it to the intake runners next to the throttle body, if it has the red paper gasket, discard it and get the new steel gaskets from holden, be prepared they retail at around $55, but these are re-usable
